Accompanying an exhibition of works recently donated to the Gallery by Italian patron Conz (b. 1935), a Verona-based publisher of fine art prints and editioned multiples by artists associated with the Fluxus movement and other "intermedia" currents of the 1960s and 70s, this catalogue presents three essays and a reprinted interview with Conz along with good illustrations of more than 30 screenprints, sculptural objects and assemblages produced chiefly in the 1980s and 90s by Dick Higgins, George Brecht, Charlotte Moorman, Ben Vautier, Jackson MacLow, Alison Knowles, Nam June Paik, Robert Watts, Carolee Schneeman and 15 other avant-garde figures whose diverse works (including many textual and music-related pieces) reflect the iconoclastic Fluxus sensibility.
