A primarily pictorial survey of the abstract sculptures and colorful decorative designs of French artist Rougemont (b. 1935), this catalogue features illustrations of more than 100 works including many public installations composed of upright cylinders ringed with bright bands of color and a diverse assortment of floor mosaics, furniture, carpets and other objects based on geometric motifs. Includes two brief essays and a statement by the artist as well as descriptive commentaries interspersed among the illustrations.
