This catalogue documents an expanded version of a 2011 exhibition titled "Benjamin Patterson: Born in the State of Flux/us," which opened at the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston and was documented in a separate catalogue that included two audio CDs with musical performances by American musician and visual artist Patterson (see Worldwide 34624), and features German translations of the essays and the CD liner notes from the 2011 publications, new works, new bilingual English-German essays and a continuation of Patterson's "self-interview." Contrary to its imprint, this book was not distributed by Artbook|D.A.P.
