This expanded edition of a 2010 catalogue published by the Victoria and Albert Museum as Diaghilev and the Golden Age of the Ballets Russes, 1909-1929 (Worldwide 33488) was issued to accompany a new version of the exhibition presented at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., and features a new 18-page chapter titled "When Art Danced with Music," by American art historian Juliet Bellow, and an 8-page partially illustrated checklist documenting the works included in the American version of the show.
