A survey of 45 projects in the United States, Europe and Japan designed by renowned American architect Graves (b. 1934) during the 1980s, this catalogue features illustrations of drawings and models primarily for large-scale structures, including Cincinnati's Riverbend Music Center, a hotel complex at Euro Disneyland, several libraries and museum additions, and numerous commercial and residential buildings. Discussions of the architect's career, his innovative use of archetypal forms and the widespread influence of his distinctive designs on postmodern architectural trends are presented in three introductory essays.
