Highlights many previously unexhibited works from an extensive collection composed primarily of late 19th- and early 20th-century French prints, presenting full-page reproductions of 161 sheets by Redon, Gauguin, Cassatt, Bernard, Laboureur, Degas, Vuillard and 30 other major artists. Six introductory texts include discussions of the formation of the collection by Doucet (1853-1929) and its donation to the Universite de Paris in 1918 as well as descriptions of the Bibliotheque's holdings of prints by Goya and Toulouse-Lautrec.
