Presents an interpretation of La soi-disant utopie du centre beaubourg (Editions Entente, Paris, 1976), a fictional account of the creation of an alternative Centre Beaubourg (Centre Pompidou) underneath the existing Parisian cultural center written by Swiss sociologist Albert Meister (1927-1982) under the pseudonym Gustave Affeulpin and published the same year in which the actual Centre Beaubourg was inaugurated.
