SEE ALSO WORLDWIDE 60277. The first volume of this two-volume set, which is in German only, was originally released in 2000, but was later re-released for U.S. distribution with a companion, paperbound volume that provided English translations of the German texts. Although this U.S. edition of the two-volume set has since been declared out of print, Worldwide now offers the original version of the main catalogue along with the 2002 English supplement (which we purchased separately from the Lohse Foundation) as item 60277.
